Camping Orange Valley

Welcome on the website of Camping Orange Valley. This camping is a new campsite in Romania. In the valley of Valea Scheilor it is in the Dealu Mare area, which is a great place to go for a bike ride or a walk. Enjoy some local wines and camp in this beautiful area.

This weekend (September 30 – October 2) we will be open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Although the campsite is large(more than 30.000 square meters) it holds only 10 camping places. So you can find privacy if you want. But if you want to stay wit a big group of friends this is also possible. For group reservations pleas contact us.

Valea Scheilor in the Dealu Mare area is located about 100 km from Bucharest. And can therefore easily be combined with a visit to the beautiful capital of Romania, Bucharest.

The campsite has a toilet block with 2 showers, 2 toilets and a room with a sink and a bidet. And a large room with 2 sinks for dishes. We clean the building several times a day and find it important that this area is clean. Chemical toilets cannot be emptied, because we use groundwater. The toilet block also has a very good WiFi connection. The individual camping pitches have no connection to electricity, water or internet. There are sufficient sockets in and on the outside of the toilet block to charge devices. And there is a separate water connection at the entrance of the campsite.

Breakfast can be booked and there is also a small snack menu. There are plenty of nice places in the area for lunch or dinner.

Activities
Since the campsite is located in the beautiful wine region of Dealu Mare, you can do wine tastings from the various vineyards in the area. The area is also very suitable for some MTB bike riding. There are many activities on the camping site, such as a soccer field and a swing.

Location
Curious about the exact location. See the campsite on Google Maps here. The city of Mizil is a fifteen minute drive away. There are supermarkets such as LIDL and Penny. In Calugareni, a few minutes up the mountain, there is a smaller shop that is open in the morning and in the afternoon.
