Camping Orange Valley is located in a beautiful hilly area, the Dealu Mare. Literally translated to the big hill. It is a wonderful area for hiking and cycling. We have set out a walking trail for camping guests. You can easily walk this hiking trail by following the orange signposts.
The trail
The trail is 3.47 km long and has an altitude difference of 100m. The highest point is about 320 meters. A great route for children or with dogs. For example for an evening walk. The route runs in a nice circle so you see many different landscapes.

Sights
The route passes a well, the old cemetery of Valea Scheilor and past the vineyards of Viile Maioresei, who makes Serenum wines. Near the campsite you will see a ruin. The ruin used to be a beautiful house with a wine cellar, we tell the children it was a castle with knights 😀
If you want to go on longer hikes in the area, this is also possible, and cycling tours along the vineyards are of course also very interesting.
