The city of Bucharest is fantastic for a night out. In the winter it can be quite cold, but from March the weather usually is nice again and the terraces in the center will be full. There are enough pubs and terraces to make it a pleasant evening. And also nightclubs if you want to go on until the wee hours.
Culture
If you want to experience some of the culture, you can visit the old house of Nicolae Ceaușescu. Or visit the Parliament Palace. The largest building in Europe.
